Constipation and pregnancy

Constipation affects about half of all pregnant women.

A few tips that could be done:

  1. Eat  high fiber food such as vegetables, fruits, whole grain bread, prunes, and bread
  2. Drink a lot of fluids, you need about 10 -12 cups per day
  3. Exercise, walking, swimming and other moderate exercises help in bowel movement, schedule exercise 3 times a week for  20-30 min.
